Don't look so far ahead into the future just yet. You are just beginning your journey and doing darn well. Don't put loads of pressure on yourself looking too far ahead. A day at a time, whatever works for you. They all add up and surprisingly quickly.
Like Gaynor says, don't look too far into the future yet as its still early days, and thinking about giving up for good is just too big. I get through by telling myself I can smoke any time if I want to and that tends to take the fear and panic out of this quit. I'm nearly at the end of week 2 now and the cravings seem to be getting easier. And I just remember how awful cigarettes tasted last time I smoked, they really were awful :eek: and then I get on with my knitting
