Made it to day 2 again. This time alot easer then last time, still going cold turkey, but if urge gets to much, I've use nicorette minis has a back up. Last time it was just cold turkey.

Yeah, day 8 ended better than it started... Was busy at work, then had a radio installed in the truck, no smokin involved woot! Just a low post count haha.

Its not to bad today, its because of minis... had no smokies, but had 3 minis instead... dont think its to bad.

Happy that your quits are doing ok... was thinking this might be actually possible this time round. But yet, its very early days for me.
