I am new to this forum and have been trying to quit since the new year, i have tried all sorts of aids such as patches and the inhalator, but the dont seem to work for me, the best aid which i have come across very recently is Brand name removed Herbal Cigarettes. There available from Amazon and on eBay. The best thing about them is that when you’re having a smoke with your mates, you don’t feel left out because the look just like normal cigarettes.
I’ve been smoking them now for about two weeks and they are definitely helping with the cravings and for £3.99 a pack their a bargain!

with quitting its better to cut all ties with the evil weed stil smoking even though herbal i dont think it will help u in the long run it will make feel acceptable to smoke where as quitting and being rid of it makes u see in the end its not an eacceptable habit
and is it good to be pumping herbal smoke down your lungs anyway would you burn a load of newspapers and happily breath in the smoke from them
you have to do whats best for you personally but from my own personal opinion you have to go through the stages of quitting in order to re-train your brain to live without cigarettes and carrying on the habit [even if its herbal] wont retrain anything you will just keep yourself trapped
