I Finished the book !!!

:)I have finished reading , The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. I made a copy of the book and bound it, I am giving my mom a copy this weekend at brunch along with some of her fav teas and some new smell goods. I am changed and I will never smoke again. Its a very very good book isnt it, it took me about a week of reading, what i like the most about it was that he activley encouraged us to smoke up until the end.

By the time i had about a chapter left to read i found myself questioning why i was smoking. and that i found i wasnt enjoying the last few cigarettes i was smoking.

I think theres a paragraph close to the end of the book that says if youve fully understood the book the you should be pulling at the lead to start being a none smoker. i surely was. Everyone who is thinking of stopping should actively read Allen Carrs book. Really glad i did, i think my path would have been a lot harder without it.

I haven't read it and, given I'm now on Day 16, I'm wondering if I should let it be now.

What I'm doing appears to be working for me so I'm thinking "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

i read it a few weeks into my quit i beleive it contributed massively towards my quit and gave me a very good understanding of what smoking really means and the traps you were so foolishly in

i would recommend anyone to give it a read cant do any harm i think for me it just cemented everything into place

Ooooh I'm glad you've had something to say about this book. Couldn't decide whether to buy it or not. It's been on my Amazon wish list for a while. I think I'll have to have a read. You sound very positive about it.
