This is a last call on the Allen Carr books; I've acquired three of them at car-boot sales for peanuts, plus a Paul McKenna one. If anyone wants one let me know, they're welcome to a copy via the post. If not I'll charity shop them so someone will hopefully get some use from them And just to clarify, I'm not pushing these for any reason other than they get a mention a lot on this forum, I came across them in boxes of books for pence and thought of the Karma!

Put them on ebay or amazon... Your probally get abit of money for them.
There good books however incredi repetitive and boring!!
I wouldn't be where i am with my quit without this book.
yes, its repetitive but it needs to be to get the point across and embedded in your head.
if you are reading this and havent got it, reply and get it!
I still have two of these; I only mention it as they've been mentioned a lot on here recently and I realised I still had them....offer below still stands...

Or give them to ur local library, if u Carnt find any takers for them
If nobody wants to take you up on the offer the best thing you can do is give them to charity shops. At least then they could benefit a few people. Maybe give them to British Heart Foundation as they tend to sell books which are then redonated for further use. Since they are now largely involved in no smoking day it's also a nice way of giving back to the forum.
Both good ideas, might do one of each

Hi everyone, I have just joined this forum (1st forum for me). I don't even know how to start my own thread to introduce myself. I thought I would answer this one instead as I have a copy of Allen carr's book that I bought a couple of days after my final cig that I don't need anymore. I would love to pass it on if anyone wants it?
Do you still have any?
