have gone up 4 sizes around the waist and down 4 sizes in nicotine patches, i seem to have been on them for ages but its only 11 weeks feels like months theres lots of numbers in this quitting smoking malarkey, and im starting to have days where i just dont think about it anymore... well it looks like i will be a happy non smoker for christmas which i will be chuffed about.its beginning to look a lot like christmas and i resemble santa with my white beard and rather large barrel around my waist. Id say i am alot happier being a non smoker and keep bursting into song. its good not to feel like shit anymore.....

Well done mash....I'm putting on weight too but who gives a crap. I also feel loads better and wouldn't want to go back to feeling tired all the time either. Here's to all us non-smokers at christmas. Reet proud of us all.
