Morning all!

Well the 6th December saw 4 months completed and secured me in the month 5 club. I'm pleased to say that cigarettes seem to have completely left my life; well that's how it feels at this time.

I can't say I've really had any desires or cravings although I've thought about my smoking days on occasions. I find I still hang out with the smokers and that doesn't bother me at all. I'm finding that the memory of the smell left on your hands after a cigarette now makes me feel ever so slightly sick.

Still have ongoing gland, sinus, throat issues - I note all 3 as nobody really seems too sure where the problem lies. Nearly been 5 months now though so if it was something serious I'd probably be dead! Will make use of my health care plan in the New Year I feel!

4 months is a great quit to have! Well done! Hope you get to the bottom of your health problems though. I know what you mean about the smell of smoke being sickly. I find that when someone comes in out of the cold with the smell still clinging to them I don't like it and it smells different now, sort of more chemically.
