I can't believe I have managed over a year without nicotine. Had a rough couple of weeks where a whole lot went wrong - leaking pipes, car breakdown, work difficulties. I had one strong craving but this was easily dismissed. Health wise I am cycling an hour a day and my asthma is vastly improved.
