Day 18 and i have a new habit - i can't stop taking really deep breaths and holding it - cos i couldn't do that before ( without COUGHING ) only thing is people are starting to look at me funny - i might shove a cushion up my top and pretend i'm in labour whever i go

I'm doing it too....it's weird, I'm doing it because I can as well. I especially notice it at night when I'm winding down to go to bed. So nice though, breathing without coughing. I can believe I put up with it for years and it became normal to me. Here's to us....October quitters!!!! YAY!
