I workout abiut four times a week and have a healthy diet,, but I smoked. The other day. now being 40 I looked at myself and realized that I have quit a lot worse(like a divorce) weight, starting new beginnings. This is hard, but I want to do this! I am glad that other people find every day an achievement because it is... keep strong and the faith. We are'nt prisoners to the gross smell, we all can be lighter.. not looking for one. Good luck.. everyone and excerise... :o

Well done, Bella9969

What's a little extra post quit muffin top. Tackle one issue at a time and certainly it's great to be tackling the most dreadful and poisonous first :)

Keep on keepin' on,

Well said Bella, its so easy to forget all of those other things weve given up like divorce.even things that were forced to let go of like people and pets that die .hopes and dreams we have to give up. why the hell shoild smoking be given so much power that we,re led to beleive its the hardest thing in the world. wheres the evidence for this. im no longer giving smoking so much power, and will continue to stay quit despite its reputation.
