... so as you don't think I've fallen off the wagon

Yesterday was majorly stressful at work, could very happily have smoked, but wouldn't have had any time to anyway!

Got very 'merry' instead while discussing the ethics of visiting countries with dodgy human rights records, quitting smoking and ranting about work until 3am. My dad came up to stay last night (hence the late night talking) and he's really pleased that I've quit.

Pleasant day off work today wandering around Tatton Park with my dad. Nice to not have to feel a bit grubby smoking in the grounds of a stately home!

Back to work tomorrow though. Bah! Just have to keep remembering that smoking won't make my workload go away

I was jsut begining to think, where is Jen...lol...then thought she was just so hungover form all the booze that she is sleeping it off...

I'm really glad you got to hear that someone close to you said they are pleased that you quit...I know that troubled you earlier....
