Day Five...

hi everyone,

I thought that it would be a tough weekend, spending with my family... you know you get really nervous because you cannot touch that stupid cigarettes etc.

but it was not... on the opposite, I came up with the fact that I had great time all over, while passing day three and four.

Two things are critical in this period; 1. taking your time witout stress 2. Stay cool, do not push to it.

Ok in day five, staying easy and cool... This works...

In ANY time of need it is great to have family around, in my greatest times of need, Crisis, Sadness, Happines you name it !! i have found it is my family that have always been there for me.

As a supportive package, I have added sports in the package, like weight lifting in the gym and walking etc. That makes me keep fit and away from cigarettes...
