Day 4... On patches and she devil comes to mind..How can that be when to be honest most of the time my mouth is full of whatever I can get my hands on :confused: ? Reading everyones experiences are a real help, thank you all I think you are fab

Well done Julia to make it to day 4 (and without a big fuss like me!)

Do whatever it takes to keep going....so if that's food, so be it. Its better than smoking!

I feel like that today (I'm now day 12). There are good days and bad days, but you will cope with them. I have! so far!!

day four for me was the worst so far and went to bed with my jaws hurting after eating so much!! but can feel it getting slightly easier although the cravings are still intense they dont seem to last as long. Its going to get easier and if a few chocolate bars, mints, sweets or anything like that helps so be it!! in my case its fruit pastells

day six nearly complete!!!!

Hello Thank you everyone for your support.. Cant believe it today was so much better roll on Day 6, had to get my car cleaned because I can actually smell things really well and pooh it stank of fags omg its a bit embarrassing...have I really been smelling like that I think so? ... Just realised the dog stinks too so Im off to give him a bath! Well done everyone xx
