hi everyone, in the second day...

After having a couple of failures in quitting smoking in the past 25 years, now at the age of 44, decided to quit once again. I am really comfortable without cigarettes, where only two days ago, I was smoking 1+1/2 packs a day. My wife gets shocked indeed, after so many arguments about smoking and side effects in years.

This time, it is different, so positive. No relapses and urges, I feel like I never smoked in the past....

I believe, this time, it is going to work...
