Hi all, i have tried so hard to quit again and also tried to psych myself up but not working i know that i can do it but to be quite honest my mind is totally all over the place and just so fed up with stuff at the mo. But i hope to start again with my quit soon. I will be in touch on here when i do. Goodluck and well done to everyone who is and has quit. Jacqui
