feeling a little chilly

One month 7days today. Been feeling cold today like flu no cold just couldnt keep warm. And to top it all i have restless leg syndrome (its where you cant keep your legs still it affects my feet too. ) hope u are all doing well. Jacqui

well done on your 1 month 7 days it seems to be the season for a cold i have one so do lots on here maybe you are sickening for one and thats why u feel a bit chiily

good news is if u are the cold isnt half as bad as wen u smoked i am almost 3 days into my cold and still have no cough how amazing is that and my chest feels fine another amazing feeling

i have read quite a few times about restless legs on here maybe its something to do with the quit

Well done you are doing so well.

I know what you mean I have had the chills recently and also started getting stuffed up at night but as yet he hasn't come to anything and I am fine in the day.

I have had restless legs but then I have had that before quitting. Just wish it would stop. You would think with all the moving my legs do they would be stick thin
