Day 7 today!

wow!! Week one nearly done!! Just been to the none smoking clinic and my carbon monoxide is at 1 - this time last week it was at 44!!!!!! I put alot of thought into week one and not really thought about the rest ??? hmmmm.... may need to do that now... :/ Still feel like a cigarette would be heaven but to be honest the smell of other smokers puts me off, its weird to think i smelt like that for 13 years... ewwww xxxx

Wow, that is a dramatic change in carbon monoxide levels!! Glad to see you've made it through a week! I'm sure you will make it through many many more!!
