hi everyone i am still here and going strong!! although this school holiday is killing me lol but its a challange and im winning!!!. hope everyone in class june 2011 are doing great and still on track aswell as everyone else. im still reading posts etc and coming here often as i do realise cravings can still pop up now and again! thanks for all your support its been great in helping with my quit ive never got to 12 weeks before, usually not even the first week!!. so good luck and keep strong x
