Morning Happy fag free Campers!

While i never used to like Mondays, and still dont on some counts.....

They are fabulous in the fact that every week i get to celebrate another mini milestone.... which makes them much less gloomy than they used to be!!!

Who'd have thought when i decided 12 weeks ago that i'd had enough and i wasn't going to smoke tomorrow, that i'd have come this far?

I'm stupendously proud of little old me!

(and the sound of my own trumpet blowing is music to my ears)

In another 8 days that will be 3 Calender Monthies!

I couldn't have done it without the support, laughs and new found friends on here though... Thanks to each and everyone of you.

Wish I had your way with words, but I do enjoy reading on here, it has helped me loads, but not posted much.

Better stock up the bar then in preparation and dust off some comfy Charis.... and pad the ceiling so you don't hit your head boinging around everywhere

Padded ceilings sound fabulouso.... it'll stop me knocking myself out with the boings and save the month 4 budget a fortune in smelling salts.... not sure about the padded chair thou....:eek:

I shall bring the lovely jacket that the nice men gave me....

.... the one that has the extra long sleeves that tie at the back... it enables me to hug myself.

Glad you still have that jacket Hun....dont worry the chair is not padded but the strappng is It does have a drip facility for red wine (Christine insisted on that)

Huge congratulations on your progress with your quit.. you do right to celebrate every day you are free.

Keep on believing in yourself and your ability to do this because the rewards later far out weigh any of the dodgy moments you go through at the moment. Many of us that are several months ahead can testify this.. its the best thing you can do for yourself.
