hi beef and welcome

day three is the worst day read info about the terrible threes

once u get the first week out of the way the improvement comes in big chunks and things move along much easier then

read read read and gather all the information u can when u understand why u feel like u do its all alot easier to cope with

post on here people will know exactly how you are feeling we have all been there at some point

Dat 3 is renowned as being bad, they say the same for week 3 and month 3. By the end of day 3 the nicotine will have left your body; there's lots of chemical stuff going on.

Yeah i'm pretty determined to only have to go through this once...TBH i never thought i'd have got through day 1 so i'm pleased already, i'm going to take your advice boo and read up a bit more as i think i've been a bit silly today(went and played 18 holes of golf and had a shocker:D plus it put me in loads of situations were i would normally be reaching for the cigs....realised today how much i had been planning my life round my next smoke break.
