....started just a few moments ago; the days just seem to keep on rolling.
I've made a few observations over the past week and a bit.
1. In previous quits I struggled with sleeping, on this occasion I seem to be sleeping fewer hours than I was as a smoker but am sleeping deeper
2. Over the past 5 or so years I've suffered from pretty intense panic and anxiety dissoders. I've had the odd attack of nerves, but the extremes seem to have quietened down
3. I'm generally taking more pride in myself. My routine has changed from a bath before bed, getting ready and out the door as quickly as possible to getting up earlier, showering, having a relaxing breakfast and ... Well just easing in to the day
4. My teeth are getting whiter
In addition to the above I had a few sores in my mouth which started a day or so after quitting, they're now calming down. I also noted in a previous post that my throat felt odd and I was hoping it was down to a cold I'd had recently (hypochondria seems to be part of panic and anxiety). I think part of the odd feeling is down to having my mouth shut! I seem to be breathing through my nose more.
