Day 5 Is Here!

I have now made it to day 5! This forum is a great help for giving up (: I'm sure I will get through today!!

I am also on Day 5 - so far so good. Not been too bad - the occassional nasty craving - but I have been able to handle them so far.

I have just popped to my office to logon as I was getting a little irritable at home & felt like I need a change of scene.

My garden however is very glad of my quitting effort - I have weeded everywhere, chopped (some may call it massacre!), mowed etc etc - it is looking good!

Thanks, well done to you also! It is nice to chat to someone who is at the same stage of quitting as me Lmao, glad to hear your garden has improved and it probably no longer has the stench of stale smoke lingering in the air which is a definite bonus!
