here i go again!

my quit lasted 5 days last time. i felt good so stupidly i went to the pub and hey presto i had a smoke!. starting again 2morrow so gonna have all the 3rd day probs again. :mad: been reading some posts and if so many others can kick the habit, well so can i!:).

yes yes you can, you really can be a non-smoker!! all you have to do is abide by NOPE, not one puff EVER! to be a non smoker you have to go to the pub and not smoke, so get yourself down the pub now while you are feeling strong and just stand there not smoking and think how clever i am to have got out of the smoking trap, think how easy it is going to be and how much you are enjoying the process, think how much FUN quitting is, its the best thing there is nothing better!!! :)) go for it!!!

I'll second that. You certainly can. All you have to do is make the right choice, one day at a time, every day. Choose to say 'NOPE' when the cravings hit. Choose not to slowly poison yourself, make yourself stink, and spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds for the privilege. It's a no brainer, really, isn't it?

Stay positive. Read lots. It's worth the pain. You can do this!
