Had a blip last night after staying quit for 14 days, so just wanted to get straight back on the horse.
I am a happy non-smoker
I am giving up absolutely nothing!!!
Could have so easily went to the shop this morning and bought ten fags but I didn't so I am going for it and so far have went most of the day, I want to get to that third week this time no less and I will make sure I am updating on this forum EVERY day this time, when I got to week two on the first go I stopped coming on daily and got complacent.

Hi Gregor, be prepared for a fight, that nicotine is in your system now so even though it feels like 'just one cig' it really is almost back to the beginning.... you have however developed some good skills over the past two weeks on how to cope with life without a cig, so they will help you...
remember, NOPE, not one puff ever, we can not control nicotine, there is no such thing as casual smoking, especially for us ex addicts, it is ALL or NOTHING, there is no middle ground, you really have to believe that, total belief!
good luck, you can do it, it's tough but if you believe it can happen,
