woohoo, Ive made it to 6 months, cant believe it! Never thought I would and feel so much better for it. I prob wont be on as much as I used to be but I will come on from time to time. I wish everyone luck with thier quits and thanks to everyone who helped me get this far. Thanks all!

Well done, 6 months is a great quit, if you feel happy to only pop in now and then thats good but remember Mr Nicco Demon is a conniving son of a bi*** so watch your back and remember we are all here for you as and when.
