I am so pleased to have made it passed the first week. I am still having cravings but I am 'breathing' my way through it. I had a sauna this morning which hoepfully helped purge some toxins.
As ever the quitzits have appeared but they will go soon. I am taking each day at a time.

Congratulations Elaine - getting Hell Week over you is a huge milestone. Keep 'er lit as we say here in Belfast - although not a very appropriate turn of phrase to be used on a quit smoking forum
Morning. Well, I went to the pub last night with DH. I am glad it was raining because we sat inside. I did not waiver and I noticed he actually smoked less. It could have been because of the rain or he didn't like going out on his own.
We are going out to dinner with friends tonight. I am looking to enjoying my meal and not having to nip outside for a cigarette.
