Well I was three weeks yesterday and this morning I had a first - I was up out of bed, dressed and into work (an hour and a half after opening my eyes) before I thought about smoking, and it wasn't a crave I had, I was logging on to the Forum to see how everybody was doing!!!
Another Milestone: Well I was three weeks... - No Smoking Day
Another Milestone

excellent, - thats a good positive message to us all and a good step for you that you are not thinking about them first thing, well done
I am finding myself getting quite addicted to this forum! It is making me want to continue with the quit and reach another week and another week - a bit like a challenge!
Brilliant Blondie, I find that this forum has filled part of the gap. It's the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing at night
Fab news, Blondie - keep it up!
I have also found that i think about smoking less and less. In fact, i think the mornings are much easier than the rest of the day, probably because you are just too busy getting ready.
it's all good!!
