2 Hours Into Day 4.: Feeling OK... - No Smoking Day
2 Hours Into Day 4.
9.30pm on day 4
Certainly will not be smoking today.I think today was easier than yesterday but I must be very aware that ONE PUFF will ruin everything.I will post on Day 5 as I feel its important to me to keep in touch with the forum...I hope no one sees it as ''''bragging'''' if their quit is tougher. Its still not a breeze, believe me!!!!!....I have to be VERY STRONG(and it hurts at times).I do look at JOEL over at ...whyquit.com and his videos etc ....It helps as does this forum.douglas.j.....P.S....thanks Karri for your support!!!!....I wish you well.
I agree some quits are easier than others, if you're lucky enough to find one that feels right, a sort of perfect storm if you will, but all the old quits are failures or we wouldn't be doing it again. keep up the good work.
