Hi Trendy

Remember I did 6 days before i fell off the wagon. But I jumped straight back on after only smoking about 10 fags. So my nicotine levels were already depleted. So this time round aint so bad for me. The first time round I cried at the drop of a hat...... pathetic !!!

My symptoms were, couldnt sleep, couldnt concentrate, snapped at everyone, ate chocolate like it was going out of fashion, got dry blotchy skin, cried like a baby ..... etc etc etc..... until i got to day 5 and i felt bloody fantastic . (THEN I HAD THE INCIDENT WITH THE BOYFRIEND WHICH THREW ME BACK OFF THE WAGON, I WASNT STRONG ENOUGH AT THE TIME TO DEAL WITH IT ) I have that day in my memory bank as the first time in a long time that i felt clean !!!! Thats you aim.... and mine and everyone elses.... dont give up ..... honestly we are drug addicts and we just need to adjust , it takes time... but I know it is going to be so worth it.

One day at a time

Hi, just a note to let you know this is my 3rd day also but have had a real hard time with the sickness, headache etc. Didn't take my pill last night and this morning and so far ok with not wanting to smoke. I couldn't stand the nausea so tonight I will try with taking 1/2 instead of a full pill. I asked the pharmacists and she said ok. She also said to eat before taking the pill. I'll try anything. Mimi 333 Let me know how you do I have smoked since 14 and now I am 63. Have never been able to quite.
