Woop! Woop! I made it. Thank you all for your wonderful motivating stories. Keep writing. I'm reading. And not smoking. I have kept up the excercise too. But I sprained my leg. So if you try dont over do it like me. Have a few sauna sessions instead.

Hi Rishika,

Well done.

I'm in my 5th week now and I've been battling the nicotine voice all weekend. Telling me "Just One". I did a seven and a half mile walk on Saturday up Bredon Hill but walking's my only regular form of exercise despite having free access to a gym. Perhaps I should do more.

I hope your leg gets better soon.

I will have done 5 weeks tomorroww and I'm well proud of myself :D

Still want one from time to time but those times are gradually getting less and less!

Yes those cravings do creep up dont they? And yes they get less and less thankfully.

Sue do they have classes at your gym? Thats all I do. I find the other stuff boring but a class is great cause you have lots of company and if you can walk 7 miles ( I havent yet! ) you will happily sail through a class workout.

keep up the good work. We've saved over £200 from not buying fags!!!
