I have not been around lately, mainly because I did not want to be reminded about smoking!!
That said I hope you are all well and you are still strong in your quits??
It is good to be back, feels like a comfortable pair of slippers all fluffy and warm!!!!

Coming upto 7 months in a couple of weeks, so that Penthouse is looming ever closer!!

Lovelly to see you posting again and also fast approaching the penthouse too. 
I know what you mean about being reminded about our old habit, i find this place reminds me too but the longer i go the stronger i am and i like now to be able just to offer some advice if i can to others even though its still in the back of my mind and more than likely will be for a while longer yet.
Anyhow, cant wait to meet you when you arrive at the penthouse too, its also going to be an amazing Christmas this year what with the many that will be joining all those already there. I do hope they have enough room and enough chairs to go around.

Lol John that did make me chuckle. I have given up caffeine in my tea and coffee so the sugar for me is staying put.
Hope you your having a lovelly Bank Holiday Monday. Im sat here watching The Clash of the Titans with my 11 year old twin boys, i told them i remember watching that film at the Cinema when it came out and i was only 10 then.

Yeah, it's been a while now - coming up to 9 months soon can't say it's been all successful unfortunately (I had 2 in April) but since then I haven't wavered at all and I'm totally comfortable in my quit
