Congrats on getting past Day 1 as you have said and i have hi-lighted if day one is achievable then so is day two i have to agree whole heartedly.

Anyhow here's to day 2 and taking it minute by minute, hour by hour and you can do this.

Well done you! Getting that first day ticked off is just the best feeling. If you ever have a wobble, you can just remind yourself that it's just another day and you've already proved that you can stop smoking for one day so now you can get through anything!

Thanks folks It's going really well! I'd be lying if I said I never thought about it, but I'm keeping really busy both at work and at home and I'm pleased to say I'm now on to Day 4! I don't think too far ahead - just to the next day but already I can smell and taste so much more
