Thank you folks, and yes it does feel great. As well as quitting, iv embarked on a whole new healthier lifestyle. I work out nearly every day, drink loads of water and eat healthier. I want to set a good example to my kids, and we spend lots of time outside.

Ah thanks for explaining.

Well im in yorkshire and it was sunny earlier but iv got the lovely rain now lol It wont stop me enjoying my day though lol
