Hi everyone I am now on day 6 and I can't believe tomorrow will be a week! It's gone quite fast to be honest. Today as been good no craves when I got up again, and the patches are working a treat. I feel cleaner, smell nicer and don't have an horrible taste in my mouth. Thanks for reading.
