Thx for coming on here and posting this... been having a bit of a difficult week (very bored at work, weather being better, not knowing why I'm gaining weight etc) and it just helps to have someone like you to remind me that not only will smoking not fix these things but if I stick with it then I won't even have to remind myself of that fact all of the time!
