Hi all,its 11 o clock in the evening of day 2,went to bed but couldn't sleep so got back up again.Not because i needed a smoke i'm pleased to say.I'm not doing too bad,down to smoking about half of what i normally would (30 a day)Just wanted to thankyou all for the replies.Sarah,Jingle Jo,Rachel and Cavalier.Cheers.
