Pounding heart?

This could well be psycho-somatic but have noticed i have really "felt" my heartbeat today - could that quit related at all?

Yep, it's quit-related. Oxygen levels change, heart works differently.

Oh yes! Your heart doesn't have to work so hard any more cos your bodies getting more of the O2 it needs!

Really really good sign. The heart and blood are the key things to healing. Keep going Lula!!

Thanks guys, i usually dismiss this stuff but could really feel it and then got confused and wasnt sure if i was over-reacting or just plain making stuff up!
