i did it

omg it was easy i didnt have one crave all night

i was more annoyed i was back at work and that the last nine months had gone to quickly

i had plenty of re-enforcements through the night, because it was my first night back alot of people were coming up to me welcoming me back and wen they have just been to cigarette break and they are in your face talking with fag breath it was hard not to heave and then the ones coming up asking me why i wasnt out have a fag and i said oh i quit 11 weeks ago and they give me a big faggy smelling cuddle and congratulate me and i know they are jealous u can just tell i was extra proud for all the congratulations recieved

you hear all the traditional excuses oh i wish i could do it, oh i have a lot of stress at the moment, oh this place makes me smoke u know they could all do it but they need to be ready

my manager was 3 days into a quit i gave him some advice and gave him the web address for this forum i told him wat a brilliant place this is and i couldnt have done it without u all hopefully he will join soon also lending him my allen carr book

i feel like i wanna go to the smoking area at work and tell them all that i have learnt and understand about why i smoked so i can pass it on to them so they can quit but that wont work there nicodemon is to big and strong
