After smoking for so long, and attempting to quit so many times and failing I am TOTALLY amazed at myself!
If I can do it ... then anyone can! Roll on month 2!

Im just having a read through Day 1 posts ... I can't believe that was me 31 days ago!!!
still tough sometimes but nothing compared to week 1!! all those going through week one hang in there...it does get better..i promise!!
