Well day 3 and my weekend off work, so was and still am a little worried about how tempted I may get, have been up since about half 8 and to be honest had a couple of cravings but nothing bad just took some deep breaths and remembered why I have stop smoking, have a good weekend planned, me and the mrs and our 3 month year old daughter spending some good family time together, have the football match to watch at 4 today, so here is hopping it’s a good weekend for me and all of u guys to

well done on reaching day 3 
yeah when your out of your weekly routine it certainly makes a difference but as long as you just take each craving as it comes along and keep your mind/hand busy then it will pass
