Thanks all, day going good so far, just on my lunch at the moment and this forum will be great for when I would have went out for my 3 cigs during lunch! My work colleagues are very supportive and encouraging, (although 1 or 2 begrudger smokers which is to be expected). Unbelievable the disgusting smell I am finding of my colleagues when they come back in from a smoke and to think I smelled like that too....nothing more to report other than a little anxious that all is going too well and too good to be true if that makes sense...

Rowens.....That rediscovery of smell...Wow..I was amazed how different things smells.....I am working and living close to nature and about 10 weeks in my Quit I had to go to the city...and oh boy did the city stinks....KFC's, public transport, City parks, public toilets and street alleys smelt really bad and horrific. But worst of all was my own smell and showered 3 times a day if possible... But that mania passed and I just started to enjoy every new discovery ...What a wonderful world

You're back to work and I'm taking a week off next week, I'm going home to spend some time with my family, haven't been home in well over a year...with all the health issues and all it made me think I'm neglecting my family... It's a good thing that no one smokes in my family, I'll be safe until I come back and I'll be over the 1 month mark.
