Evening all

Just checking in quickly, sorry i have not been around much, but my life seems to have become rather hectic :eek:

What with working and looking after 4boys (5 if you include hubby) i am rushed all the time. am spending quite a bit of time with my mum, as its been nearly a year since my brother died and so she is starting to feel it, well we all are!

I see the smoking nurse this morning and have got my next lot of patches and they are the next dose down, so will be starting them on Thursday for two weeks, then after that the lowest dose for two weeks and them i am done.

I feel ok about coming down in strength this time, probably because i know the signs very well now and know how to handle them!

Oh i have just realised i hit the lowest strength on the 30th arrghhhhhhhh and i am going out New Year Eve!!

Im sure i will be fine, stay strong snowie, thats my motto.

sorry i have not read any of your posts about your quits, i promise i will do and be back giving you all support very soon.

Loving the stats now hun. Cant believe that time has gone by so quickly so well done you. Dont worry about not being about much now, we are all busy esp with christmas around the corner so dont worry and drop in when ya can.
