Not after any pats on the back and I am not going to post an end of year report this year but felt I needed to just check in.

Not smoking has become normal.:D

The more minutes you put between the present moment and your last fag the more normal it becomes.

Persevere, it really is worth it.

3 years is fantastic and it's always great to hear that not smoking becomes normal further down the line - I'm holding onto that thought for dear life!!!

SLAP SLAP SLAP on the back no matter what you say, it is brilliant to here when someone reaches this type of milestone as it helps us all too see that their really is a point where you get to be an unconscious non smoker.

Uh does that sounds weird, don’t mean you are not awake just that you no longer think about it all the time.

3 years is fantastic and you have done so well and encouraged so many to stay smoke free.

Wow, I remember reading your posts way ahead of me when I first started. I used to read them so I could believe people did actually reach a year, so thaks very much for doing that. You have achieved so much, congratulations and I wish you many more smoke-free years.

The most embarrassing thing I keep doing is sweeping up fag butts in the garage, a sad reflection of how well and often I tidy my garage rather than any smoking comment.
