Feeling a bit URGH today :o(

Morning All.

After having an up beat past week , i am feeling a bit "urgh" today

Cant quite put my finger on it if you know what i mean.... just feel "weird" "Confused" "tired" "fed up" "calm" "angry" all rolled into one :confused:

I do think the nico demon is trying to trip me up at the moment...

But can assure all of you he will NOT beat me.

Im not even craving, but the thought of lighting up sounds quite appealing :eek:

But like i said, it doesn't feel like a crave, you know like how we used to get that "crave" for lighting up and your body is screaming at you that you need one, its just not like that at all....Its like a "calm feeling" that a cig would be nice...

So so strange eh??

I know i am much stronger than i have ever been on my previous quits, so i know having a puff is most certainly not an option, just hope this weird feeling passes soon, as i dont like being confused lol

So sorry to hear you're feeling urgh!! I know exactly what you're talking about. I also have times when I'm not really sure how I feel. It's very weird but it does pass.

Hang in there Snowie. I know you're more than strong enough to see this through and you'll emerge even stronger!! Trust me on that ;).

Hi Babe stay with us as we are all going nuts LOL every day is a change of direction and I think for me it will always be that way, sometimes totally commited others like you said when you could fancy a cig, it would be great to just never think about it again but maybe thats where the danger would lie cause maybe the nicco demon would spring on me and I would be done for then, hope today is a better one than yesterday.

Dont leave us as we need the snow for Christmas LOL

Yes its such a weird feeling, a feeling of not knowing what you feel!!

I hope you are right and it does pass quickly, just cant be doing with feeling like this !!

Oh i am definately staying with you!! Thats about the only feeling i have that i am totally sure about

Oh and dont talk to me about nuts, thats one of my new cravings.... blinking chilli and BBq nuts, am eating a bag a day at the moment so think i am going to be the size of a house soon lol

I just had a read through your link hun on your signature, the bit about dehydration has really made a lot of sense to me on how i felt the other week, with not having any energy and concentration....am going to try and drink more ( as i don't hardly drink) and see if that makes a difference, so thank you muchly for that link.
