day 11

morning all, day 11 today and after reading afew posts im bit nervous about bad cravings happening in week 2, so far they havent been bad at all to say i smoked 20 plus aday for 17 years, has anyone else had them bad in week 2? cheers

I am on day 11 today too!

I am feeling ok too (using patches). Try not to worry about something that may not happen to you. Everyone's quit is different, so you may not get any of the withdrawal sysmptoms some of us get and may get some that others don't. Whatever, there'll be someone on here to help you through any rough times.

Rather than worry, just keep looking at the positives, you are nearly at the end of your second week, you are a similar age to me and smoked less than I did, so you should be feeling major benefits by now. And keep looking forward, one day you'll think "why the hell did I smoke at all".

Keep on going and well done for getting this far.

Well done on Day 11.

I never had any real cravings in week 2 in fact i cant remember having cravings at all. The odd thought but other than that im on day 22 and so far so good.

Dont go worrying about things that may never happen. We are all different and if you do get a thought it will soon pass, be strong and dont give in.
