I have got all that horrid stuff coming off my chest at the moment.

It is horrible but yay getting all the crap out of my body. But I do empathise with Jo now as for the last 2 days have felt like I have got something permently lodged in the back of my throat which is quit uncomfy

Oh well all signs my body is getting better.

Yeah i know what u mean, I still have it and it seems to be slowly shifting. Its not nice at all but as we know its our bodies trying to heal the damage that we have inflicted on ourselves.

I still have a couple of days of antibiotics to take and they seemed to have moved the mass but its still there.

Anyhow hopefully that will ease off soon
