I am so excited that I have made it this far. Have tried to quit a million times but I knew this time it was different and so far I'm doing GREAT!!!!!

Wow look at you lot, 3 weeks done and dusted and on your way to a whole month. Fantastic you are now counting in weeks and months and not hours or days!

It makes this quitting lark a lot easier to have people to do it with and you seem like a group made to support each other.

Thats grat i have just completed 1 month without anything went a very col cold turkey.

Congrats on your quit!

When i hit the 3 week mark cold turkey it really boosted my confidence and i 100% felt like i would actually be able to quit that time.

I'm still here 5 months down line. Looking forward to my 6 month milestone! Hang in there, you are doing great
