First month almost over will be 4 weeks on sunday peeps.... officially my longest quit ever... still hard at times and thinking back over the past four weeks the only way I have done it is through knowing myself and being able to predict how I will react in different situations etc all learnt through previous attempts I seem to be saying alot... remeber how you did that last time and you ended with a fag in your gob!!! Its those unpredictable cravings and moments when you dont expect a craving and one pops up that I have gave in all the other times ive tried to quit... main tip I can offer is NEVER NEVER NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN NOT FOR ONE SECOND!!!!!!!
love for anyone else reaching a milestone this week... Every day is step closer!!!
