So here I am, another day down, the rest of my life to go. Feeling ok today, filling in those 'blanks' mostly by eating.....oh dear, I feel a diet coming on. Hopeing the rest of you on day 3 (or however far you are) have an easy one.

Well done another day nearly over. Are you feeling the benefits yet?
Well done, i am to on day 3.....it should be day 16 but had a blip, weak moment or simply just caved at the weekend!!

Dont worry about dieting just yet, get the quit strong first and the you can deal with the weight gain, better a plump none smoker than a skinny smoker.
I believe we have to deal with each hurdle as we reach it and you are doing ok one day or even one hour at a time is all you need to do, keep focused on the important things and keep you mind occupied and forget the stresses and strains of life and keep the fluid intake up, well done and here comes all the other days x
