Just a quick and maybe stupid question........but its a stupid question coz of my own stupid fault.....but anyway.
If i had not had my blip at the weekend i would be on day 16......however i was a fuzzing silly girl and smoked on sat til sunday......so now i am revisiting day 3 as of today.
My question is can i still say i'm in to my week 3 with a blip or should i restart my counter???

This may result in a lot of different answers! I have seen before it get a little heated. Some people will tell you start from day one from the very beginning as you have taken in nicotine and are back to square one. Others will say so long as you are still trying ignore the blip and carry on as normal counting. I personally would go back to day one (as I have just done after 3 weeks)- not that I am advising you to do so at all. I am happy to agree to disagree with people everyone is different. To be honest though I dont think it really matters to be honest. Its completely up to you, whats important is every day at a time. Yes you have had a blip but now just try to continue as you were before and be focused. I am starting a whole new quit with different attitude, it varies for everyone doesn't it.

your Quit M33
you decide, whatever you feel comfy with, end of the day it don't matter you are still trying to quit which is the most important thing here, to be honest doesn't matter what any of us think your decision is the right one for you and that is all that matters. by the way well done on your quit so far think at least you should do is twenty sit ups twenty press ups and jog for tenm mins on the spot ...after that it will convince you not to smoke ever again as you collapse into the chair :D
You should do what ever you feel happy doing, no-one is here to judge. Some go back to the beginning, others just put it down to an experience and plough on, so do what you feel comfortable with.
